About the Author

Jasmine lives in London, England, with her best friend and miniature dachshund. By day, she works in technology, but storytelling has always been where her heart belongs. 

Jasmine enjoys creating emotionally driven stories that explore difficult choices and the consequences of society's expectations. 

She has always loved words and language. It was her grandmother who got her into reading and writing. Her grandmother loved to read and always carried a thesaurus. It was her love of words and literature that inspired Jasmine. She would always bring Jasmine a new book when visiting, and she encouraged Jasmine to write a diary. Recording events, feelings and things Jasmine found interesting. This habit stuck, and it was from these diaries that Jasmine's stories began to form.

After years of writing stage plays, Jasmine decided to share some of her novels with the world instead. She trained as an actor and dancer, spending many years in the performing arts before exploring new creative and professional paths.

She holds three associate degrees and a diploma in psychology. When Jasmine is not writing, you'll usually find her reading, crocheting, horse riding or disappearing down a history rabbit hole. If there's a chocolate brownie on the menu, you can put money on her ordering it. She is a magpie when it comes to the colour purple.

Her debut novel, Forbidden Love, was inspired by true events, emotions and lived experiences. Now she is focusing more on genres outside of romance.
